About these terms
By using JobsFoundEasy you agree to these terms. JobsFoundEasy is a job board: we publish listings from employers, but we aren’t the employer, an agency, or a party to any job offer.
For job seekers
- Using the site is free. No genuine employer on JobsFoundEasy will ask you to pay to apply, train or start work.
- We check listings before they go live, but we can’t guarantee every detail. Check a job and employer before you share personal information.
- If a listing asks for money or looks wrong, email hello@jobsfoundeasy.co.uk and we’ll investigate.
For employers
- Listings must be for a real, current vacancy that people without experience can apply for, with any specific requirements stated.
- Pay must be shown and must meet the National Minimum Wage or apprentice rate that applies.
- Listings must follow the Equality Act 2010 and must not charge applicants any fee.
- Agencies must name the business they’re recruiting for.
- We may edit a listing for clarity, or refuse or remove one that breaks these rules.
Payments and refunds
Paid listings run for 30 days from when they go live. If we can’t approve your listing, we refund you in full. Once a listing is live, closing it early doesn’t lead to a refund. Hiring pack listings must be used within 6 months of purchase.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee that any listing will lead to a hire or a job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
