Who we are
JobsFoundEasy is an online job board for entry-level jobs in England, run from the United Kingdom. For anything about this policy or your data, email hello@jobsfoundeasy.co.uk.
If you’re looking for a job
You don’t need an account and we don’t collect your name or CV. Jobs you save are stored only in your own browser. When you apply, you apply directly to the employer, either on their website or by email, and the employer is responsible for how they use your application.
If you’re posting a job
When you use the “Post a job” form we collect your business name, your name, email address, optional phone number and the job details. We use them to check and publish your listing, contact you about it, and keep records of what you’ve paid for. The job details you submit are published on the site; your contact name, email and phone are not, unless you use them as the way to apply.
Our legal basis is the contract between us (publishing the listing you asked for) and our legitimate interest in keeping the board free of fake or unlawful listings.
Services we use
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Stripe processes card payments. We never see or store your full card details.
- Google Fonts serves the site’s typefaces. Your browser shares its IP address with Google to load them. No cookies are set.
- Google Analytics runs only if you accept analytics cookies, to count page visits in aggregate.
How long we keep data
We keep employer contact details and listing records for up to 6 years for tax and accounting purposes, then delete them. Messages that don’t lead to a listing are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@jobsfoundeasy.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with our reply you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
