Posting rules
We check every listing before it goes live. These rules keep the board useful for people looking for their first job.
- Open to people without experienceIf a role needs something specific, like a driving licence, say so in the listing.
- Pay shown on every listingAt least the National Minimum Wage or apprentice rate for the role.
- No fees for applicantsNever ask anyone to pay for training, uniforms or checks before they start.
- Fair to everyoneListings must follow the Equality Act 2010. Don’t ask for an age, gender or background.
- A real job with a real employerAgencies must name the business they’re hiring for.
Employer questions
How quickly does my listing go live?
We check every listing by hand, usually within one working day. You’ll get an email when it’s live.
How do people apply?
You choose. Applicants either go to your own application page or email you directly. We don’t sit in the middle or charge per applicant.
Can I edit or close a listing?
Yes. Email us with the job title and what you’d like changed, and we’ll update it the same working day. Close it early once the role is filled.
What if my listing isn’t approved?
If a listing breaks the posting rules we’ll tell you why. If it can’t be fixed, you get a full refund.
Do you add VAT?
The prices shown are the prices you pay. You’ll get a receipt by email after payment.
